Are your products sold in physical stores?
At the moment, our products can be found on our own Meroda Cosmetics websites, at bol.com & Apotek Hjärtat in Sweden.
Can an order still be cancelled?
Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Where is my order?
We understand — you want your products in your hands as soon as possible! As soon as your order reaches your country with the local delivery carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

How do I opt out of your marketing emails?

Where can I get samples?
Free samples are not something we offer at the moment. That said, the huge amount of feedback from our community makes us hope to change that in the future! In the meantime, why not have a look at our minis, now available, or try our travel kit, which brings all of our mini sizes together as a starter set?
What is the shelf life?
Every product has a shelf life of at least 12 months, and the expiry date, up to 3 years, is printed on the outer box. Once it has been opened, however, use the product within 12 months.
Do I need to use a day cream with the foundation?
It is not required, though we do recommend applying primer before the foundation. A primer helps create an even canvas for the foundation.
What is the coverage of the changing foundation? Low, medium, high?
The Changing Foundation offers light to medium coverage. It is meant to give the skin a natural, dewy look.
Does the changing foundation cover pigmentation spots/freckles?
Yes, the Changing Foundation does cover freckles! Pigment spots, however, are not covered very well. If you are after more coverage, take a look at our concealer.
Is the foundation suitable for wrinkle lines?
Absolutely! The changing foundation has a moisturizing, caring effect and makes sure you look radiant and fresh!
Can the foundation be used on just a part of the face?
You can certainly use the foundation on parts of your face to tone down any redness or blemishes you may have.
How do you apply the foundation? By hand or with a brush?
For the best result, the foundation is ideal to apply with a brush. That lets the pigment granules penetrate deeper into the skin, so you avoid a white haze.
Is the changing foundation heat resistant?
Yes, the Changing Foundation is heat resistant!
How much content does 1 bottle of changing foundation contain?
The content of the Changing Foundation is 30 ML.
Is the changing foundation water-based or silicone?
The Changing Foundation has a silicone base. That is what makes it waterproof, so you will not have to worry about sweating your makeup away!
Is the foundation suitable for people with feltigo/rosacea?
The Changing Foundation can be used safely by people with vitiligo or rosacea. Do keep in mind that the Changing Foundation gives a light and natural coverage.
Does the changing foundation contain SPF?
Yes, the Changing Foundation contains SPF 15!
Is the foundation paraben and sulphate free?
Yes, it is paraben and sulfate free!
Are any of the ingredients used considered as PFAS?
The Changing Foundation contains dimethicone, which may contain PFAS.
Does the changing foundation contain minerals?
Yes, it does contain minerals.
How can the changing foundation change color? How does it work?
Changing foundation works differently from a regular foundation: it relies on special toner particles, and the particles inside the foundation mass are uncolored. On application, the warmth of your skin makes the particles release the toner they hold, which blends with your own skin color to reach the visual effect of color.
Does the foundation leave a shine or feel greasy?
We recommend applying a bit of setting powder on top for a long-lasting matte effect.
How do I prevent an oily face?

Is the foundation safe to use for pregnant women?
Yes, it is! If you still have doubts, feel free to check with your doctor
Is the changing foundation gluten free?
Yes it is!
Is the changing foundation safe to use after a tanning bed or tan spray?
Yes, it is safe for people who tanned their skin with tanning spray or a tanning bed. It is advised to wait until the skin has returned to a stable state before using it. We recommend waiting 3-5 days.
Are your products vegan?
All of our products are Vegan - with the exception of the mascara, which contains beeswax.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Our testing methods have never been and never will be carried out on animals of any species. We are proud of that, and it is part of the ethos of Meroda Cosmetics.
Is the changing foundation suitable for sensitive skin?
The Changing Foundation can be used safely by people with vitiligo or rosacea. Everyone’s skin does react differently, though.
Is the foundation/concealer heat resistant?
Yes, both are heat resistant!
How do I get products that are out of stock?
We do our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible; in the meantime you can keep an eye on the website for updates on product availability
How do I clean the brush?
1. Wet the bristles with lukewarm water.
2. Put a drop of the cleanser of your choice into the palm of your clean hand.
3. Gently massage the tips of the bristles in your palm.
4. Rinse the bristles thoroughly.
5. Squeeze the excess moisture out with a clean towel.
* How often should the brush be cleaned?
That depends on how frequently you use it. Brushes used often with liquid formulas such as foundation and concealer should be cleaned once a week. After cleaning, lay this brush flat in the air to dry, or place the brush head at a slant with the bristles pointing downward.
If you clean the brush frequently, try to keep water or liquid out of the ferrule, as that can make the bristles shed.
